Unless otherwise noted, all returns will be for store merchandise credit good at any of our HealthStores.com websites. This credit will be for the price of the products minus actual shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned by the purchaser prepaid in good condition with all packaging. Not valid for custom cut or special order products. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping and handling charges. Once we receive an authorized return, store merchandise credit will be issued for the actual cost of product minus shipping and handling costs. This credit can be used at any one of our 42 stores. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If you are returning your product, and received a free gift with your purchase, you may return your gift if it is unused. If your gift has been used, it is non-returnable and there will be a $15.00 charge
All EarthCalm and QLink products have a 90 day money back guarantee and can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a $7.99 shipping fee for the 48 States and the customer pays for shipping back.
NOTE: Meters are not returnable.
Custom Orders There is no refund or exchange on any custom orders including, but not limited to, custom length cuts. special made items and special order items not normally carried in our warehouse.

- SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - Special Order Items are non returnable.
- ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE MERCHANDISE CREDIT - Items purchased with store merchandise credit are non returnable
- Any custom cut, special ordered or product with the code LE in it is NOT returnable.
- NOTE: Meters are not returnable.
- All merchandise must be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery before signing and accepting delivered product. If product is signed and accepted - the above return policy will apply
